For the Record
In response to Joey's accusations of the anti-Joey bloggers, I would like to state that I am neither a member or affiliated with the zoo or the city administration. I have no ax to grind with Joey other than that of his behavior and its negative attitude.
Now, I know that there are some zoo members on here that are rightfully mad with Joey, but I could not believe that we have elected officials or there immediate families wasting their time on Joey. There truly is a great number of people that find his site and actions to be disturbing. His constant accusations to the contrary have moved from tiresome to paranoid delusional. I suggest that he seek help for these issues.
I see Joey having a Tilghmanesque press conference shortly directing the people to the anti-Joey blogs and asking them if they think those blogs take an overly negative tone against him in his anti-Salisbury campaign.

I am, however, a shameless supporter of the Salisbury Zoo. The staff showed unbelievable restraint and class during their ordeal with a petty, mean spirited jerk with an axe to grind.
The zoo has only prospered since the banishment of Albero. The atmosphere is lighter, and the visits far more pleasent, now that the spectre of finding my face on some nut's blog is no longer there.
I always thought they were ANIMALS at the Zoo! - lol

I have checked with Marines, former Marines, and Google -no joy at all.
Given Joe Albero's comment that he posted, then deleted on my blog (as opposed to just emailing me-- what a fucknut), I wanted to make clear.
I was NOT disparaging any member of the military service with my inquiry to KBA.
REMF is a typical abbreviation for "Rear Echelon Mother F#F$S!". It is typically not used in relation to Marines, as Marine doctrine doesn't really allow for a "rear echelon", and "every Marine is a rifleman". So I am assuming that kba's MOS (that's Military Occupational Specialty, Joey) designator was something in Ordnance or Logistics and not in Infantry. He certainly wasn't a corpsman, or he'd have an NEC, and wouldn't be a Corporal, and that job ain't a rear-echelon one anyway.
w/o CAR stumped me... and I still haven't figured that one out.
But rest assured, I was not denigrating ANYONE'S military service. I admire, respect, and love every member of the armed forces that fights to keep this country free.
I just wanted to know what w/o CAR meant.
